← Bedford Stay FinderFOR PROPERTY OWNERSList Your Bedford Hotel, B&B or Holiday Home: What to Prepare
A useful listing helps a guest understand exactly what they would stay in and how to ask about it. Before submitting your Bedford hotel, B&B, holiday home or serviced apartment, gather the details below.

Describe what is being offered
Give the accommodation a consistent name and select its type. Explain whether guests have a whole home, a private room or a particular hotel room type. A hotel’s total room count is different from the number of bedrooms available to one guest booking; make the distinction clear when we review the listing.
Be precise about guests and facilities
State the maximum guest capacity and the actual sleeping arrangements. Include bathrooms, cooking facilities, Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast and outdoor space where offered. Say what is shared. For pet-friendly or family accommodation, explain any restrictions rather than relying on a label.
Prepare photos you can authorise us to use
Start with a clear main photograph, then show the sleeping space, bathrooms and important facilities. Avoid images that suggest guests receive rooms or outdoor space that are not part of the accommodation. Confirm that you have permission to use the photos.
Upload one main property photo in the submission form. We prepare a smaller copy for the listing and review the photo and property details before publication. You can also provide your own property website. Only send images you have permission to use, and do not include private access links or passwords.
Choose the public contact route
You can supply the property’s own website so visitors can check details with you. The name and email you provide in our submission form are for the review team and are not automatically published. Tell us during review which public contact options you want to use.
Submit once, then review the information with us
Use the List your property form, check the summary and send it for review. Submitting does not publish the accommodation or create a host account. We will contact you to check your authority, description, images and listing arrangements.
Bedford Stay Finder and Bedford Theme Park Stays have separate directories. A submission to one site will not automatically be copied to the other. Any listing terms or charges will be discussed before publication.
Keep future booking information ready
Our long-term plan includes host accounts, availability calendars and direct booking. Those features are not available yet. Maintaining clear room or unit information, current contact details and accurate availability in your own systems will help when a booking service is introduced.
