What you share with us
A property submission includes your name and email, optional telephone number, accommodation details, postcode, facilities, description, a main property photo and any website link you provide. Enquiries include the contact details and message you choose to send.
What happens next
Property details are delivered to our team’s Gmail inbox using Cloudflare’s protected contact service. Your photo and a private copy of the submission are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for review; pending storage copies expire after 30 days. Approved photos are retained while the listing is published. We use the information to respond, review proposed listings and take steps you request before any listing agreement. The contact service may also process device and connection information for spam prevention through Cloudflare Turnstile. Our legitimate interests are operating the website and responding to enquiries.
Your contact details are not automatically published. Before a listing goes live, we’ll agree the public description, location, photos and contact options with you. Submissions to this website are not automatically published on our other accommodation website.
Guest enquiries
Enquiries initially go to our team. We’ll ask before sharing your contact details with an accommodation provider. No reservation is made and no payment details should be included in a message.
Keeping your information
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the submission or enquiry and related record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its use. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Service providers & analytics
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, handles delivery of the contact form and provides Web Analytics where enabled. Messages are delivered to Gmail. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing and transfer safeguards.
Photos and links
Only send photos or links you have permission to share. Do not submit passwords, private access tokens, payment information or identity documents. Visiting a property’s external website is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
