Bedford Stay Finder brings accommodation providers and visitors together. We’re starting with a reviewed directory, with direct booking as a future step.

For guests

  1. Explore published places

    Filter by area, accommodation type and group size. The directory currently welcomes its first host submissions.

  2. Get to know a property

    Read the description and facilities, and see photos approved by the accommodation provider.

  3. Discuss your stay

    Follow the property’s website, or send an enquiry to our team. We’ll ask before passing your details to a provider. An enquiry is not a booking.

Availability, prices and any booking arrangements must be confirmed with the accommodation provider. This site does not take payment or confirm reservations yet.

For hosts & hotels

  1. Introduce your accommodation

    Use the property form to share your description, facilities and contact details. This is a submission for review, not a self-service account.

  2. Review the listing with us

    We’ll contact you to check your authority, property details, photos and the contact options you want shown. Listing terms will be discussed before publication.

  3. Publish on this website

    Once agreed, your property can have a dedicated page on Bedford Stay Finder. Listings are kept separate from our other accommodation site.

What comes later?

Our long-term plan is for hosts to manage their own listings and availability, and for guests to book and pay directly on the website. This will need host accounts, a booking calendar, secure payment processing and clear cancellation arrangements.

These features are planned and are not available today. Hosts will be invited to discuss onboarding when the booking service is ready.
